I wear several different hats in my daily life. I'm a writer, mostly for children, and have published/sold professionally (short stories and poetry) in major publications.
I'm also a freelance web designer, specializing in small sites for creative types (writers, musicians, artists, small business owners).
When I worked in the business world, I was in PR and marketing communications.
I'm an avid reader and left alone (with no commitments) can easily go through a book a day. I love fantasy, and read a lot of middle grade and young adult novels since that is the age group I write for. I also love mysteries and suspense novels, especially by such people as Michael Connelly (a master storyteller), Peter Robinson, and John Sanford.
