What I learnt:
We can become entrenched in a mind-set which is later difficult to unlearn.
Mindsets inhibit the thinking process, can lead to Bias, Stubbornness and Prejudice.
So be flexible ok people! Mindsets are dangerous can lead to many personal and work problems!
